Key Account Manager (Based in Kenya, look after the main countries in Sub Sahara area, except South Africa)
1.Managing and developing energy storage customers in Sub Sahara region based in Kenya, regarding Utility PV and BESS Pre-sales support and technical / commercial alignment with clients (Governments/EPCs/System Integrators, Investors, Technical advisors)
2.Identification of market potential， Convince customers to buy Sungrow products from technical, commercial, and service point of view
3.Attend national and International fairs and congresses
4.Frequent benchmarking of Sungrow utility PV and BESS products against competition (both commercially & technically)
5.Providing periodic sales forecast, reports, and market research;
Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering, or a comparable higher education qualification.
1.A Bachelor degree in Business with affinity to energies/engineering will also apply
2.Technical understanding on energy storage system in the utility and C&I segment with commercial sales knowledge
3.Project management skills in an international environment with stakeholders across the globe
4.Excellent communication skills in English. French and Chinese language skills would be a plus for sure 🙂
5.At least three years of experience in technical sales, business development, project management. Having previously worked for an energy storage company will be an enormous advantage, since you understand the industry and where it stands right now!
6.Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
