1. WELLS MOUNTAIN INITIATIVE (WMI) SCHOLARS PROGRAMME 2023 FOR STUDENTS IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES
The WMI is for students from developing countries who have successfully completed a secondary education, with good to excellent grades and are looking into starting their bachelors degree with funding.

2. MO IBRAHIM FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP

3. INTERNATIONAL MAJOR ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP, CANADA – Undergraduate
In today’s list of scholarships to apply in early January 2023 is this wonderful scholarship in based Canada.
Outstanding overseas students enrolling in undergraduate programs at UBC are given International Major Entrance Scholarships (IMES).
This scholarship is awarded to students as they begin their first year of study at UBC, and is renewable for up to three more years of study. These scholarships are offered at varying levels and numbers each year depending on the resources available.
4. BRITISH COUNCIL GREAT SCHOLARSHIPS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
Under the GREAT Scholarships program, students from 14 different countries can receive £10,000 toward their tuition costs for a range of one-year taught courses.

Ghent University offers PhD “sandwich” scholarships to deserving students from developing nations who prefer to do half of their research at Ghent University (the “North”) and half at a university in a developing country (the “South”) with funding from its “Special Research Fund” (BOF).
The suitable candidate must obtain full-time financing for the additional 24 months of research to be conducted in the South as Ghent University only funds the portion of the research that will be conducted in Ghent (24 months).
