Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):
• National Diploma in Built Environment/ Commerce/ Human Sciences at NQF6 with 240 credits

Experience:
• Contracts administration/ Engineering and Construction Contract/ Project Administration
• 3 years’ experience

• Provide contract administration services during the project life cycle and project duration
• Provide advise as contract specialist for and on behalf of project managers and contract management section
• Support contracts manager in contractor communication and performance management of contractors
• Participate and support the procurement process, evaluation and advise on procurement and contracting strategies
• Provide contract administration support and advice throughout the project, procurement and contract lifecycle
• Communicate safety, health, environment, risk, quality (SHERQ) and technical contractual requirements
