How to prepare for an Interview at IRENA? IRENA is looking for Energy Experts: Check if its you and APPLY!
Before the interview, take some time to learn more about the Agency’s mission, vision and values. IRENA publications can provide deeper insights into renewable energy issues and the Agency’s work programme.
The interview usually consists of competency-based questions and /or technical questions relevant to the position. Competency-based questions require candidates to give specific examples of situations where they have demonstrated skills, attribute or behaviours.

Interview questions may be on other competencies such as planning and organising skills, creativity and technological awareness as well as on job specific competencies or managerial competencies depending on the requirements of the position.
